Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order / Booking Cancellation

Catering orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Orders canceled after this period may not qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for valid reasons such as undelivered services, duplicate payments, or preparation errors. All requests are reviewed individually.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, incorrect order information provided by the customer, or items/services marked as non-refundable.
